Terms and conditions of the contest:

• The contest of "CREATE THE JACQUARD WRAP OF YOUR DREAMS" is organized by NATIBABY on its website, namely www.natibaby.eu, and is addressed to any adult person.
• The contest is divided into two stages which consist in:
  • Creating and submitting the design(s) of the jacquard wrap pattern
  • Voting over the selected number of patterns submitted by contest participants
• The pattern that wins the voting stage will be produced in the colour scheme selected by NATIBABY.

 How to take part in the contest?

In order to participate in the contest you should:

• Between 2012.01.11 and 2012.03.11 send your pattern design for the jacquard wrap by email to: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Apart from the design, your email correspondence should include the following information:
  • Full name (first and last name) of the designer
  • The designer's address of residence
  • The designer's country of residence
  • The following clause: "I hereby transfer to NATIBABY Tomasz Zimniewicz all copyright to and for the attached pattern design, I agree to their free and exclusive use of the design and I do confirm that this design is my original creation."
  
  The more pattern designs you submit, the greater chances are you win!

OR

• Between 2012.03.18 and 2012.03.25 on our website, namely www.natibaby.eu, vote for the best pattern design.

One person has the right to cast only one vote and for one design only. If one person casts more than one vote, the second and following votes will not be taken into account, will not influence the voting results, and will not participate in prize drawing.

 Closing the contest, winners, and prizes

• Information about the winning pattern design, and a list of people to receive the prizes (NATIBABY wrap) consisting of their first names, country and city, will be published on the website, www.natibaby.eu, till 2012.03.31.
• The winner will be the person to receive the highest number of votes for his/her design in the voting stage. The designer of the winning pattern will receive one NATIBABY wrap of his/her choice. Additionally, the winner will receive the first wrap of the winning pattern, as produced by NATIBABY.
  Please note: It might take even a few months between the closing of the contest and the production stage of the winning NATIBABY wrap.
• Additionally, from among the contest voters one person will be drawn to receive one NATIBABY wrap of his/her choice.
• The wrap could be selected only from NATIBABY collection available at the closing date of the contest.
• People to receive the prizes will be notified by e-mail and asked to select type, colour and size of wrap of their choice.
• In case of no reply to the notification email is received from the contest winner within 14 days, the prize is withdrawn.
• In case no reply is received from the participant of the voting stage drawn to receive NATIBABY wrap within 14 days, the prize drawing is repeated.
• Prizes will be sent by post to the address given at the submission of the pattern design / voting stage.
• Postage is paid by the contest organizer.

Final provisions

• The contest organizer has the right to produce any wrap according to a pattern design that was not the winning one in this contest. The author of such pattern design will receive one wrap of his/her design, as produced by NATIBABY.
• Contest participation means you accept these terms and conditions and agree for your personal data to be stores and processed in accordance with the [Polish] law of 29 August, 1997 on protection of personal data. Your personal data will be used solely for the purposes of this contest.
• Designs submitted should be original (designed by the person submitting such) and may not be previously used by other manufacturers. The author of a pattern design must hold the copyrights for and in the submitted pattern design.
• The pattern designs should be originally created by the person submitting them. They should be original, i.e. not used by other wrap/sling manufacturers.
• In order to qualify for the voting stage, a pattern design must gain the NATIBABY experts' positive opinion.
• It is not allowed to carry out activities aiming at obtaining "artificially" high number of votes for a specific design, including:
  • soliciting votes for a specific pattern design on internet fora
  • using false identities in the voting form
  • using someone else's e-mail address.
If such actions are disclosed, the contest organizer shall have the right to exclude such pattern design and such votes from the final voting stage.

Requirements for the pattern designs:

• Please submit pattern designs for jacquard wrap (no stripes, please).
• The wrap design should reflect the width of the wrap (approx. 70 cm) and a fragment of its length, i.e. approx. 1 m of the fabric. Of course, the design can be smaller (but please keep the above width/length proportions).
• The design shall use two colours only: black and white (no grey shades).
• The project may be created in an image editing software or made on paper and scanned
• The design shall be submitted as a JPG file, and its size cannot exceed 1Mb.
